Request deletion by email
Use the button below to email privacy@sendlittlelove.app. The draft asks only for your account email address and confirmation that you want the account deleted.
Start account-deletion requestIf the button does not open your email app, create a new email to privacy@sendlittlelove.app with the subject Little Love account deletion request. Include only:
- Your account email address.
- Confirmation that you are requesting deletion.
Do not include your password, pairing code, voice recordings, or notification tokens.
Verification
We must verify your identity through the email address associated with the account before we can delete it. Deletion is not instant, and no fixed processing deadline is currently promised.
What deletion affects
Deleting your Little Love account affects:
- Your authentication account.
- Your profile.
- Your notification preferences and registered push devices.
- The one-to-one connection between both accounts.
- Shared voice recordings and their metadata.
- Scheduled messages.
Please understand the shared impact: deleting one account can end the connection between both accounts and remove shared recordings and scheduled messages. Content that was available to the other connected person may no longer be available to them.
Provider backups, security logs, and operational records may remain temporarily where required by provider practices, security needs, or legal requirements.
Delete in the app
